Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Foster a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional and academic development
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
- Promote high standards of behaviour and learning
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in Early Years / Reception (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Is creative, enthusiastic and committed to child-centred learning
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
