Adult Locality Practice Lead, Slough 
Pay rate – £38.86per hour    
Contract role 
The Practice Lead will need to plan and ensure work progresses within established and functional procedures and clearly defined procedures. They will put forward recommendations to improve existing work practices but will also contribute to recommendations on more complex casework or situations. Be responsible for planning their own workload and if they manage staff, that of a small team. In this role, working within a multi-disciplinary context and applying a strengths-based model of social care within a Locality community setting, Practice Leads will supervise Social Workers and Social Work Assistants and will assist the Locality Team Manager with agreed delegated responsibilities for the delivery of the effective management and development of the service
