Springboard 11+ Early Help Team supports children and families where a child aged 11 – 19 has the main support needs. We work in a whole family way and support families in the communities where they live. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children? £21.95 per hour
 
This is an agency Post, and we can offer you:
