Adult’s Social Worker, Mental Health Team, Haringey 

The role will involve conducting strength-based assessments and developing outcome-based support plans, and ensuring the right services and resources are available for individuals' needs. This requires expertise in mental health and social care legislations (MHA, MCA, DOLs), understanding and experience managing complex cases and a strong understanding of safeguarding, S117 duty, Court of Protection, NRPF and Human Rights assessment and generic social care system. You'll also collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide the best possible care and support.  

Pay - £32.52 per hour
