We are seeking a qualified Social Worker who is also an accredited Best Interest Assessor and who is experienced in the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards legal frameworks, including undertaking complex Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and preparing clear and accurate Best Interest Assessor reports. Applicants must be up to date with annual Best Interest Assessor renewals, demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant case law, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to uphold best practice. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential to ensure that individuals’ best interests are consistently protected. 
£31.69 per hour
