Independent Review Officer/CP Chair, Hackney  
Pay rate - £45.20 per hour  
The role advertised is for dual Child Protection Chair/Independent Reviewing Officer for looked after children, 5 days a week, with flexible schedule as some meetings may fall outside of normal 9a-5p.  Start date asap following notice period.  Expectation that most of the work is in person and NOT virtual - CP conferences are held at Hackney office and looked after reviews are in person normally where the child is placed, which are mostly in or near the borough, but there are some children placed at a distance.   
CVs should demonstrate previous Child Protection Chair experience primarily as we need someone to hit the ground running with CP conferences...  IRO experience is a bonus.  There should also be Team Manager experiences as a minimum along with the chairing experience.
