Occupational Therapist, Enfield  
 required to work in the Connect team triage service managing urgent cases and support including information gathering, assessments and support planning. Moving and handling is an important part of the role, including home visits for assessment and follow up. Post is full time (35 hours) over Mon - Friday, community based with element of hybrid working. 
£35.38 per hour
