Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Workers in the East Riding of Yorkshire 
Role Overview  
  • Futures+ is one of the adult specialist services within East Riding of Yorkshire Council.  
  • We work with people with learning disabilities and/or autism who have high acuity and complex needs. 
  •  The team is composed of two hubs: the Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Hub and the Community Inclusion Hub. Together, we work closely with a dedicated team of Enabling and Transitioning Officers, Independence and Wellbeing Officers, Technical Assistants, an Autism Engagement Officer, and a Co-production Lead.  
  • Our main focus is to assess individuals’ care and support needs and co-produce packages of care and support that promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.  
  • Working Pattern/ Approach Monday to Friday, based at County Hall, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17 9BA, with some travel required.  
  • Remote and hybrid working opportunities are considered to support work-life balance and flexibility. On a rota basis, office attendance is required when undertaking duty responsibilities. Occasionally, and in line with service needs, there may be a requirement to work outside of standard office hours.
