Job Description
Adult Social Worker, Review Team, Brent
Pay rate - £32.72 per hour.
1) Proven experience using Mosaic case management system
2) Strong background in managing complex social care cases
3) In depth understanding of the Care Act 2014 and its statutory requirement including eligibility, assessment and care planning
4) Demonstrated ability to carry out person- centred assessments
