Job Description
We’re looking for experienced Catering Assistant / Counter Staff to join our team on a temporary basis, with opportunities to work with our long standing client in Longbridge / Bournville area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
- Operating tills and handling payments accurately
- Preparing and presenting food and beverages to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across counters and service areas
- Assisting with food preparation and wash up duties
- Supporting team members during busy shifts
- Following health and safety and food hygiene regulations
- Previous experience in hospitality or counter service (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different venues and team environments
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
- Enh. DBS or willing to go through process
