Teaching Assistant – Bromley - Immediate

Position Details 

• Role: Teaching Assistant  

• Location: Bromley 

• Start Date: Immediate 

• Contract: Full-time, Permanent 

• Salary: £103 - £115 per day (depending on experience) 
   

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have experience working with children in a school setting 

• Be enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable in their approach 

• Support pupils' learning, social development, and emotional wellbeing 

• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents 

• Be a team player who can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff 

• Show initiative and a genuine passion for helping children succeed 
   

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide general classroom support across various year groups 

• Assist pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis as needed 

• Help deliver engaging and accessible lessons in collaboration with the teacher 

• Support children with routines, transitions, and classroom activities 

• Encourage positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment 

• Contribute to planning and preparing classroom resources
