Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant
Location: Harrow, London
Salary: £90-95 a day
Start date: ASAP

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Harrow. The successful candidate will work alongside teachers to support students in their learning and development.
Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students in their learning
Working with small groups of students or individual students to provide additional help and support
Supervising students during lessons, lunchtimes, and outdoor play
Helping to prepare and organize classroom materials and resources
Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities as necessary
Collaborating with teachers to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Communicating regularly with parents and carers about student progress and behavior

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them to reach their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
A patient and caring attitude towards children of all abilities
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (desirable)
