SEN Primary Teacher - June start

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN teacher to join our team at a Primary school in Hackney. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities, and will be passionate about providing high-quality education and support to all children.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Planning and delivering lessons and activities that cater to the individual learning needs of students with SEN
• Differentiating instruction to support students with a range of abilities and needs
• Working closely with parents, carers, and outside agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Keeping detailed records of student progress and working collaboratively with the SENCO to develop individual education plans

The successful candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification, as well as experience working in a similar role. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to inclusive education are essential.
