Pertemps Education is proud to be working on behalf of a supportive Secondary School in Pinner, who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team on a long-term temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.
The Role:
- Teach engaging and inspiring English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan, deliver, and assess in line with the national curriculum.
- Support and challenge pupils of varying abilities to achieve their best.
- Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire a love for English and motivate students to succeed.
- A welcoming and collaborative staff team.
- A strong commitment to professional development.
- Motivated students who are eager to learn.
