Adult’s Social Worker – Bristol  
Young Adults Transitions Team (formerly Preparing for Adulthood Team)
Rate: up to £32 per hour
 
We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within adult’s services.
 
Assessment work under the care act that agency workers are needed for, so social care experiences would be helpful.
 
Requiring a skilled social worker with experience in completing Care Act Assessments and experience of LiquidLogic Adult System. Experience working with young people in the transition to adult service would be preferred.
 
Hybrid working is available with a mixed split of WFH and being at the office based at Temple Street.
