Adult Social Worker - Lancashire

Qualified Social Worker, £38ph, CHC, Lancashire

Pertemps are looking for experienced Adult Social Workers within CHC. This role will be supporting Intermediate Care which will require frequent travel to all areas of Lancashire to complete reviews and ascertain onward plans from the residential rehabilitation placements. You must have two years’ experience, have completed your ASYE and be registered with the SWE.
