Rate: £43.78 per hour  
 
We are recruiting for a motivated social worker to join our busy team. These roles are with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
You must be SWE registered and have relevant experience within adult services.
 
Experienced social worker required for busy Hospital Discharge Team. Social Worker will be required to pick up work from multiple hospitals including the Royal, Aintree, Broadgreen and in some cases Whiston.
