Senior Social Worker – Children Looked After  
Slough, Berkshire 
Salary: £42,262 - £47,460 (including local weighting & market supplement) Per Annum 
Hours: 37 hours per week 
Contract: Permanent

Children Looked After teams work with children from 0 to 18 years of age whose care plan is to achieve permanency via adoption or long-term care.  As a Social Worker in the Children Looked After Teams, this provides an opportunity for you to develop good relationships with children and young people and have a positive impact on their lives.  You would have an allocation of children and young people with whom you care plan, safeguard, and support to achieve their best potential.  You would also have the opportunity of working with Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children and be supported to develop your skills and knowledge in completing age assessments.
