Complaints Manager – Barnet Family ServicesRate: up to £35.48 per hour We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within childrens services.
We are seeking a Complaints, FOI and SARs Manager in Family Services. This a varied role in a fast moving environment that requires the successful candidate to manage a team and deal with senior managers on a regular basis. You must have experience dealing with and managing Children Act Complaints, FOIs and SARs.
Candidates who do not have experience of working within these areas for Children's Social Care will not be considered.
Hybrid working.
You will need to be office based for the induction but thereafter negotiable.
