Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour + overtime available
Are you looking for a long-term role in automotive manufacturing with great pay and the potential to go permanent? We're recruiting Automotive Production Operatives to join a leading automotive supplier based in the heart of Birmingham.

Shift Pattern:
  • Rotating weekly:
    • 06:00 – 13:30
    • 13:30 – 21:00
  • Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC laser welders, robot welders, water jets, hydraulic presses, and manual machinery
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
  • Program machines for setup and material preparation
  • Handle materials safely and effectively to avoid damage and waste
  • Maximise stock utilisation and minimise scrap
  • Maintain accurate records using computer-based stock control systems
  • Continuously improve knowledge of raw materials and production processes
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience operating CNC or manual machinery
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Production Operative is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • PC literate and comfortable working with digital systems
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
