Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Adult Social Worker. The successful candidate will be involved in bringing the assets of Haringey council’s social work team into front line substance misuse services to ensure delivery of the ambitions of the national drug strategy.
 
This involves being located in the 2 substance misuse service teams, training and advising substance misuse workers, holding a small caseload of people with multiple disadvantages, advising in multidisciplinary meetings across partners to improve independence and wellbeing of residents and the community. The role will require a positive approach to those with substance misuse issues.
 
You must have two years’ experience have completed your ASYE and be registered with the SWE.
