This tremendous school is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1-2-1 support and guidance for children with physical disabilities and complex learning needs, from September 2024-July 2025.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a friendly and approachable individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, and some understanding of additional needs and how these may be facilitated. You will endeavour to provide comfort and support to enable students to fulfil their potential, whilst adapting your role to fit the unique needs of each child.

Your role will consist of:

• Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, alongside children aged 3-11.
• Understanding and supporting a range of learning needs.
• Making school interesting, fun and beneficial for students.
• Aiding pupils in their development and growth to ensure that they develop the important social and academic skills.
