The Role:
Support pupils across the school who need extra help to engage in learning and make steady academic progress. You will work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping students build confidence, follow routines, stay focused, and access learning at the right level, while working closely with teachers and wider staff.
The Candidate:
You are calm, observant, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who need consistency and encouragement. You communicate clearly, stay patient in a busy SEN setting, and want practical school-based experience that helps you understand how pupils with additional needs are supported day to day.

Requirements
- Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Career Goals – A desire to pursue a career in educational or clinical psychology.
