Are you a driven, ambitious recruiter looking to join the UK’s largest independent agency? We have opening at our North Midlands Hub in Burton-Upon-Trent and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our successful sales team, specialising in temporary placements across the commercial sector.

We have opening at our North Midlands Hub in Burton-Upon-Trent and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our successful sales team, specialising in temporary placements across the commercial sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- All aspects of the sales process, Cold Calling, Emailing, Door knocking, presentations.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent.
- Delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Account management of existing clients and conducting regular business reviews
- Minimum 2 years’ 360, recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support – ideally in permanent or FTC placements
- Proven track record of onboarding new clients and growing revenue.
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, resilient, and highly organised.
- A team player who thrives under pressure.
