- Generating new business through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and field-based activity.

- Developing tailored commercial solutions that meet client needs.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and venue tours.
- Negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
- Accurately maintaining CRM records and sales activity.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Backgrounds in recruitment, advertising, media, events, property, sponsorship, or business development highly desirable.
- A confident, resilient, and tenacious approach to sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
