Personal Support Advisor - Nottinghamshire - Brokerage

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Support Advisor to join a busy team in Nottinghamshire , based within the Brokerage team.

Responsibilities:
The post holder will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating residential and nursing care home placements for adults with assessed health and social care needs. We are looking to recruit one person to cover Gedling aging well care homes, one person to cover Rushcliffe aging well care homes and one person for care support and enablement outreach services, short term community hospital discharge services, and home based care without offer. Applicants must have experience in adult social care arranging care and support for individuals.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
