The Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative English Teacher to join a secondary school in Sandwell from September 2025. This is a long-term role that will see you teaching English across KS3 and KS4, inspiring pupils to develop strong literacy skills, analytical thinking, and a genuine love for literature. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, track pupil progress, and contribute to the wider school community.
 
The Candidate
The position is open to both experienced English Teachers and ECTs looking to establish themselves in a supportive school setting. You will have excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners. A commitment to raising achievement and helping students reach their potential is essential.
