A secondary school in Redditch is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This long-term supply position is ideal for either an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to make a strong impact in the classroom.

• Salary: £175 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
You’ll plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for the subject. The role will involve full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment, while working within a supportive department that values collaboration and innovation.
 
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from both experienced Maths Teachers and ECTs with QTS. You should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and the ability to adapt lessons for learners of varying abilities. A proactive attitude and passion for student progress are key.
