The Role
We are working with a Good-rated secondary school in Sandwell that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This long-term supply role involves teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and achieve strong GCSE outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing progress, and contributing to a collaborative Maths department with a clear focus on raising attainment.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a motivated Maths specialist who can engage learners of all abilities. You should be:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (applications from ECTs welcome)
• Confident teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Able to deliver clear, well-structured, and differentiated lessons
• Committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
• A reliable team player with strong classroom management skills
