The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Transitions Planning Team as a Team Manager in Manchester City Council.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience/knowledge of working in Learning Disability roles. We are looking for someone who can work through to the end of August 24, with possible extension and are available asap.
