Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Continuing Healthcare Specialist to work in a Team in Huddersfield Council.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
·         A confident CHC specialist with strong subject knowledge
·         Experienced in influencing outcomes in complex and contested cases
·         Comfortable operating at both practice and system level
·         Able to support both immediate casework and longer-term improvement activity
·         Focused on achieving the right funding outcomes for individuals and the system
