Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Learning Disability Team in Salford Council.
As a Social Worker in Salford, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and prevention, while carrying out statutory duties and responsibilities under the Care Act 2014. You will work collaboratively with partners across health and social care to deliver person-centred, strengths-based interventions that achieve positive outcomes for adults and their families.
