We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Worker in the Greater Manchester area.
This to work as a Youth Justice Team Manager in Rochdale.
As Team Manager, you will play a key role in driving high-quality practice, supporting and developing practitioners, promoting evidence-based interventions, and ensuring children, young people, families, and victims receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising staff, contribute to service development, quality assurance, partnership working, and innovation across the Youth Justice agenda.
