Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Locality Team in Sutton Council.
Main Purpose of Job:
To deliver high-quality, strength-based adult social work assessments, reviews, and risk management interventions under the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation. The post holder will carry a caseload of complex adult care and support cases, including safeguarding adults at risk and managing complex transitions, to promote independence and achieve positive outcomes for residents across the London Borough of Sutton.
