Qualified Social Worker, Children in Our Care Team, Blackburn Council
Pay rate £39 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Children in Our Care Team in Blackburn Council.
Blackburn with Darwen Children’s Services who were graded ‘good’ in its full ILACS Ofsted inspection, require a full-time agency social worker in its Children in Our Care team.
The candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience and will have preferably worked within a child in care team.
The candidate must have a SWE registration and be a car driver, with previous experience of the use of Liquid Logic Childrens system an advantage.
You must have good communication skills and be a team worker with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
There will be both office-based working and home working arrangements as per the service requirements so you will be required to work flexibly and with a requirement to be office based 3 days per week as a minimum
