Pay rate £45 per hour 
Contract role, Reablement and Occupational Therapy Team  
 
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in the Aylesbury area. 
This is to manage a Reablement and Occupational Therapy Team – and would be suitable for an experienced SOcial Work TM or OT TM. 
 
Ideal locations for this role include Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, and there is plenty of hybrid working available.
