Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00, Friday 9:00–16:30, with agile working arrangements)
Start Date: 01/09/2025
Duration: 12 weeks (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: £12.85/hour (PAYE) or £16.32/hour (Umbrella)

Network Recruitment Wales is seeking a Business Support Assistant to join the Organisation and Workforce Development team. This exciting role offers the chance to play a key part in delivering initiatives that enhance staff capabilities, promote well-being, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Liaise with internal and external partners to support colleague benefit providers.
- Assist the Head of Organisation and Workforce Development in maintaining and developing long service and recognition programmes.
- Conduct surveys for various projects to support organisational goals.
- Review, update, and amend the internal intranet, focusing on health and well-being content.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Service Delivery Plan and People Strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally involving liaison with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse partners.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address administrative challenges.
- Desirable: Welsh language skills (Level 1 or above, with opportunities to develop through funded training).
