Registered Manager

We are looking for a locum registered home manager while the client looks for substantive cover, initially a 3 month contract may be longer.

The home is a Nurse-Led Specialist Mental Health Care Residential Service. We are a 26-bed nurse-led residential service located within Melton Mowbray.
Service Overview
•             26-bed nurse-led specialist mental health residential service 
•             Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a residential service with nursing under the Health and Social Care Act (2008).
•             Designed for adults aged 18+ with enduring mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or complex trauma.
•             Focused on stabilisation, recovery, and progression toward independence.
•             Provides 24-hour Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) coverage and a full complement of healthcare assistants.
 
Our service bridges the gap between hospital rehabilitation and community living. It offers an alternative to prolonged inpatient stays and provides an environment that supports recovery, personal growth, and skill acquisition.
