Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk
Location: Enfield
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer looking for a fresh challenge and the chance to help shape something new?
Pertemps North London is expanding its Industrial division and we’re looking for a driven consultant to take ownership of an actual warm, established desk. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment: our office is brand new, we’re building fresh foundations, and you’ll be working with an award‑winning manager who is committed to developing high-performing consultants.
This is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one while being part of a supportive, ambitious and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across the industrial sector, covering warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.
• Source, attract, and select high-quality candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Manage both temporary and permanent vacancies from briefing to successful placement.
• Oversee compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within industrial or temp/perm recruitment.
• Confidence in winning new business and managing existing accounts professionally.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
