Business Administrator Location: Castleford (WF10)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 – 16:30)
Flexibility: Flexi-time may be offered after probation. Agile working may be available depending on tasks and experience.
Descripstion:We are recruiting for a Regional Customer Service Support Administrator to join our clients team, providing high-quality administrative support to Field Operations regional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and IT skills who is keen to learn and develop in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing purchase orders across multiple departments
- Payment of service providers using CRM & CFS
- Assisting with the planned power cut process, raising jobs in the in-house system and issuing letters in line with OFGEM standards
- Supporting the customer call centre during peak periods and large-scale outages
- Handling St Lighting faults process in accordance with OFGEM standards (CRM & CFS)
- Assisting with the 3rd Party Damage process, collating costs for invoicing
- Supporting Streetworks processes including permits, liaison with Local Authorities and service providers
- Ordering stationery, handling postal duties, and liaising with site staff by telephone
Key Skills & Competencies:- Proven administration background
- Strong IT skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident team player with a proactive approach
- Desire to learn and develop
- Experience in customer service or Streetworks (desirable, but not essential)
