About the Provision: This multi-site Alternative Provision supports learners across
KS2–KS4, offering tailored education to students with a range of additional needs, including
SEMH,
ASD, and
behavioural challenges. Each site has its own unique setting, but all share a commitment to nurturing, inclusive education that prioritises student wellbeing and re-engagement with learning.
About the Roles: We are recruiting for
September 2025 starts across several of the provision’s sites, with opportunities for:
- General teaching across KS2–KS4
- Subject-specific roles (particularly English, Maths, Science, PSHE)
- Long-term and temp-to-perm placements
- Full-time positions available
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Support students with behavioural and emotional challenges, using a calm and restorative approach.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of support staff, SENCOs and pastoral leads.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment.
- Track and report on student progress in line with individual learning plans or EHCPs.
Requirements:- QTS or QTLS (applications from ECTs are welcome).
- Experience working in AP, PRU, SEND, or with students displaying challenging behaviour.
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive, consistent relationships.
- A patient, adaptable, and trauma-informed approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us).
