Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00)
Salary: Competitive PAYE: £12.65+ | Umbrella: £16.55 per hour

NRW People is excited to offer an exciting temporary Driver’s Mate role, supporting medical aid deliveries across Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), Bridgend, and Merthyr Tydfil. Starting26 October 2025, this 12-week position offers a chance to make a difference in local communities with a dynamic and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist drivers in delivering and collecting two-man medical aid deliveries safely within required timescales across RCT, Bridgend, and Merthyr.
• Support picking, loading, and unloading goods, ensuring safe storage and organisation with stores personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners, following policies, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals, maintain product knowledge, and assist with furniture relocation as directed.
• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A dependable individual with a strong work ethic, physical fitness for lifting, and a commitment to customer care (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work full-time (37 hours, 08:00 - 16:00) and travel across RCT, Bridgend, and Merthyr as required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach to supporting delivery operations.
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to RCT, Bridgend, or Merthyr Tydfil.
