Job Description
We are working with a Surrey based, award-winning luxury interior design studio renowned for its exceptional high-end residential projects.
They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to work closely with the internal project stakeholders supporting the procurement process across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
Applicants must have at least 3 years' procurement experience, ideally within luxury interiors, FF&E or high-end residential environments, along with strong supplier communication, negotiation and organisational skills. A good understanding of purchasing, order management and logistics are also essential.
They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to work closely with the internal project stakeholders supporting the procurement process across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Source luxury furniture, lighting, accessories and other FF&E.
- Obtain supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations.
- Process purchase orders and track orders through to delivery and installation.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Monitor lead times, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and resolve supplier or delivery issues.
