Job Description
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a valid Flexi Forklift licence to join our busy distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities of this Warehouse Operative role:
- Operate a Flexi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Check goods in and out, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Valid Flexi Forklift licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and reliability
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Full training provided (09:00 – 17:00 hours during training period)
