Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator ideally who has worked within Events, Conferences or Exhibitions to manage the procurement, testing, logistics, and stock control of audiovisual equipment across multiple projects.
This is a rare and unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading interior design agencies designing and delivering leading immersive experiences for museums, cultural attractions, theme parks brands globally.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands about negotiating with suppliers and is comfortable working closely with engineering and project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment and materials are procured, prepared and delivered on time, working closely with engineers, project teams and suppliers to support projects from initial purchase for themed attractions and immersive experiences for clients worldwide. The position is studio/office based offering 1 day WFH.
