Company: Network Healthcare
Network Healthcare is seeking a confident and motivated Training Consultant to support the induction and ongoing training of our Domiciliary Care staff. Based across our offices in Dursley, Stroud, and Swindon, this role is crucial to maintaining high-quality care through professional training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver induction training to new carers
• Conduct annual refresher sessions for experienced staff
• Cover topics such as First Aid, Moving & Handling, and CPR
• Support training compliance and maintain accurate records

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Healthcare or social care background (preferred)
• Experience delivering training (or willingness to train as a trainer)
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel between locations
• Confidence in delivering hands-on and classroom-style sessions
