MASH QSW

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments of children and families in need of support and protection.
Collaborating with partner agencies to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.
Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure best practices.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
Registration with Social Work England.
Experience working in children’s social services, preferably within a MASH or safeguarding context.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
