Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a hard-working and enthusiastic Administrator to join the team of one of our long-standing and nationally recognised clients, Royal Mail.  
You will be working as part of the Fleet department and will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as processing driving fines, charging zone admin, vehicle documentation, vehicle ordering and vehicle sales.  
Your main duties will include: 
  • Data input to relevant systems/software such as Excel, Word and M5.  
  • Data checking, verification and reconciliation  
  • Maintaining accurate and relevant data – including filing, both electronic and hard copies 
  • Provision of general administrative support, including telephone call handling, processing customer requests  
  • Invoice production and query resolution  
  • Maintaining a shared inbox contact at all required times  
Experience:  
  • Previous administrative experience is essential  
  • Fleet admin experience is desirable  
  • Good IT skills  
  • Excellent communication skills 
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:  
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am until 5pm, however you will need a degree of flexibility within these hours.  
4 days working in the office is compulsory however after your training period, you will have the option to work from home for 1 day per week.  
Your rate of pay will be £13.52 per hour, and the role is being offered on a temporary, ongoing basis.
