Job Description
Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail for an Accident Repair Advisor to join their busy fleet and transport support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with experience in vehicle repair, insurance claims, fleet management, or automotive administration. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of vehicle accident repairs across Royal Mail's fleet network.

- Complete all administrative paperwork for vehicle repair orders.
- Maintain and update the customer database (M5).
- Confirm repair requirements and arrange bookings.
- Create work orders and generate purchase order numbers.
- Manage the day-to-day email inbox and respond to queries promptly.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards and maintain orderly administration of tasks.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers for repair updates.
- Provide support to Accident Engineers as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and apply strong listening and questioning skills.
- Creative problem solver who thinks outside the box.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys learning and working with others to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to handle difficult conversations, overcome objections, influence others, and make independent decisions.
- Proficient in Excel or similar tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Other Information:
- Working hours: Hybrid work 2/3 days in the office - Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00.
- Payrate: £13.52 per hour
- Location - Chesterfield S49 1PF
