Job Description

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team at Royal Mail, one of the UK’s most respected and recognisable organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
 
Your Role
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
    • Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.
    • Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.
    • Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
 
Requirements
  • Previous admin or office experience.
    • Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 
Other Information:
  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 13:00 Monday to Friday.
    • Pay Rate: £13.49 with the option of weekly or monthly pay.
    • Duration of Assignment: 5 weeks
    • Start Date: ASAP
